Complaints and returns
All goods available in MONGIRD online store come from a legitimate source and are original.
Purchaser shall have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered goods without giving any reason and without cost by submitting a written statement of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from order delivery. Products must be returned intact, without any damage, in original packaging. The basis for approval of reimbursement by MONGIRD Sp. z o.o is a receipt or a VAT invoice attached to the purchase. In this case MONGIRD Sp. z o.o returns to the Purchaser the costs of acquiring goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of filing the statement of withdrawal from the sales, using the same method of payment, which used the Purchaser, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to the different way of return, which does not involve any costs for them.
Complaints are considered at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt by the Seller shipment of the defective goods.
Complaints shall be submitted on the Complaint Form. Before the departure of the parcel with goods that are subject of complaint, please notify MONGIRD Sp. z o.o about the planned return to the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (058) 554 10 71, giving the exact cause, the amount of products, batch number/series.
The basis for the acceptance of the complaint is a receipt or invoice confirming the execution of the contract and Complaint Form filled and attached to defective goods.
The Purchaser has the right to introduce the complaint of the goods purchased in the case of their physical defects.
MONGIRD Sp. z o.o. does not carry responsibility for goods damages arising from the improper use.
Physical defects of goods should be reported by the Purchaser immediately or at least within 10 days of receipt.
Complaints for damage to goods during transportation via courier DPD Polska will only be considered on the basis of the application filed with the employee of the courier company at the time of delivery.
Complaints for damage to goods during transportation through the Polish Post must be reported by the registered post - registered letter to the address of the company, enclosing information about the defect on the Complaint Form and proof of purchase - a receipt or invoice of purchase.
Differences in color between the goods received by the Purchaser and commodity presented at the store may result from different monitor settings and are not subject to complaint.
If the complaint is accepted, damaged or defective goods will be replaced by another, free from damage. In case when the replacement of goods will be impossible due to the exhaustion of stocks of goods in the warehouse or at Purchaser request, Seller returns the equivalent price of goods or propose to the Purchaser another, available in the shop goods of similar value.

Shipping costs associated with delivering of ordered goods being subject to complaint accepted by the Seller are covered by MONGIRD Sp. z o.o.
